Nicole Ledbetter

Nicole is the owner, creator and visionary behind Advanced Holistic Health. As a child, Nicole was immersed in the field of healing. While traveling the world and learning from some of the grandfathers of naturopathy her passion for the human body grew. Lost in her early twenties on which route to follow she began her journey at the Health Enrichment Center with the great Sandy Fritz. Receiving certificates in medical, sports, and Osteo-Thai massage have been part of her journey. Yoga teacher certification along with proficient use of applied kinesiology allows insight into the body on a much deeper level. Taking the knowledge from the past and applying it to the ongoing learning process, she has developed a style matched by few. With the love of perfection driving her every move she dove into the field of athletics. In this environment there is always some thought provoking situation to rectify. Taking natural athletic talent and perfecting the body’s performance is invigorating. Nicole believes that the pursuit of performance and perfection drives every session.

Nicole completed a five year internship with the Detroit Lions and once completed moved onto an internship with IMG Academies in Bradenton, FL. This opened up many opportunities. Shortly after, she started working for Seattle Seahawk football players and spent six years bi-coastal. Through this time Major League Baseball became an option to explore. Nicole’s off season is now spent at Athletes Compound in Tampa, FL working with professional baseball, football, tennis, and soccer players. There are only a few teams in Major League Baseball and the National Football League Nicole has not had the pleasure of working with. At this time Nicole is in her second year with the Chicago Bears. After getting to know her you will find a warm caring soul with much to offer. She is completely devoted to her passion and will do everything in her power to help you achieve your goal



Ami Adamski

Ami wears many hats at Advance Holistic Health, with her primary duties being co-owner/business manager. Ami holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. She's a RYT 200 level certified yoga instructor and offers private, individual yoga sessions.
Ami is a very energetic, motivated and compassionate person. Her intention is to share her experience, knowledge and integrity with clients and staff in order to create a positive experience. Her focus as a yoga instructor is to provide individual instruction and attention to the whole body, allowing the mind to exist in its freest form. Her classes are fun and playful and offer students the ability to connect to themselves by connecting to their breath.

 



Donna Freeman

Donna is a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, and is a graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute. Deeply passionate about the healing benefits of bodywork, she believes that understanding her clients' needs and adapting her techniques to meet those needs creates the most beneficial therapeutic and relaxing experience.  Using the tools of Swedish and Deep-Tissue Massage, Foot Reflexology and Reiki, Donna strives to provide a truly relaxing and therapeutic experience.  In addition, Donna is focusing her continuing education in Kinesiology, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy.
In her free time Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing and playing guitar, cooking and baking, reading, and going for long nature walks with her beloved and amazing dog Gracie.



Jason Dobrich

J's a self-proclaimed "enormous geek"... and that's just the way he likes it. Art, literature, orchestral music, comic books, he appreciates all of the classics. A classically-trained percussionist, Jason also likes to fiddle around on the guitar.
As for his massages, Jason has a goal-oriented style that incorporates various modalities. He likes to use stretches learned from Thai-Yurvedic, pressure points taken from Shiatsu, and pretty much anything in between. Your experience with Jason will be completely customized to your needs, because that's why you come to see us. Jason graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2008 and is Nationally Certified through NCBTMB.



Gladys Ayala

Gladys Ayala has been a Massage Therapist for 4 1/2 years. She graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2008. In addition to her career, she volunteers her time at her local church. Gladys is a mother of two beautiful little girls, and a 12 year old Long Haired cat. She enjoys working with individuals who are interested in optimal functionality of their body and relaxation from their day to day life. Gladys is very thoughtful and takes her time getting to know her clients.
She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions you may have. You never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable; Gladys will make you feel right at home!



Clarence VanCamp

Clarence is a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. Clarence became intrigued with the idea that simple human touch could help to heal not only the body, but the mind and spirit.
Clarence truly enjoys his work in massage and believes the power of therapeutic touch with the right intention has the potential to holistically change lives. Clarence is a very well rounded therapist and is extremely skilled in providing his clients with the maximum amount of relaxation.
Aside from massage, Clarence enjoys time at the park with his dogs Katie, Vida and Chi Chi. Spending time with family is also a big part of his life.
Clarence always says “Success is that peaceful feeling at end of day.”



Kara Avila

Kara is a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. She spends her time at AHH, as well as the Irene’s student clinic where she assists new students develop their skills of becoming a massage therapist. Kara has a mindful, nurturing touch and a relaxed professional presence that allows her to work with a variety of clients. She has a kind hearted nature and is passionate about helping her clients take control of their health and well-being.
Kara is sure to take time to listen and address each client’s individual needs by building a connection with each person. Kara’s life motto is “give more than you receive”. Her Swedish massage will sooth, calm, and nourish the body by creating an overall relaxing experience. Kara would like to continue her education in Craniosacral therapy helping individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries. Kara has lived in the downriver area her whole life and cannot imagine herself ever leaving! In her free time, Kara enjoys bike riding, walking, and hanging out in Wyandotte.



Ashley LeClair

Ashley is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute. Ashley believes strongly in the breath as a tool and utilizes Swedish massage, deep tissue, and reflexology in order to help reduce stress and give the body an opportunity to heal itself. She plans to continue her education and training in aromatherapy, prenatal massage, and lymphatic drainage. 
Ashley is a caring, warm hearted listener with a wonderful healing touch. She has lived in the downriver area her entire life, and really appreciates the sense of a close community. She enjoys spending time outdoors and walking her one year old fox hound, Holly in downtown Wyandotte.



Jill Diaz

It was about 6yrs ago when Jill revisited yoga after the birth of her second child; looking to find peace, quiet her mind, and tone her body. Because of her passion for alternative medicine and natural healing, she decided to open the door on her journey as a Yoga Instructor. She completed her 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga 4 Peace in Southgate.
She guides every class with excitement, passion, and compassion. She is a warm and caring teacher that is dedicated to delivering a yoga class that will fill your mind, body, and spirit. Jill will meet you exactly where you are, no pressure. She will move you through a creative flow sequence that is fun and challenging; without being overwhelming.

Leigh Hilbert

Leigh works as a clinic assistant to all of the staff at Advanced Holistic Health. In addition to scheduling appointments and working the front desk, she also assists the therapists prepare and guests. Leigh is currently a student at Wayne State University, where she is working towards her Masters Degree in Education. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and works a second job as Student Assistant for the DD Institute at Wayne State. Leigh loves traveling and backpacking, especially in Spanish-speaking nations. In her free time, she enjoys music, cooking, and watching films. Andrea Baldridge

Andrea is a graduate of the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage therapy. After spending years working in the sales and business world, Andrea wanted to make a career change to a profession where she felt she could help people. By tuning into the needs of her client, Andrea can use both Swedish techniques for a more relaxing massage or a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques for a deeper tissue massage. Andrea invests her time and energy into learning from others in her profession so that she can better help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Andrea recently traveled to Thailand to study Ancient Thai massage and is certified through the International Massage Training School in Chiang Mai.
