Small Group Yoga

Our new intimate yoga room sets the mood for these perfect small group yoga sessions. The session allows you to work with a yoga teacher to create a practice that makes sense for your body and level of experience. A group yoga session will allow you to explore your edge, challenge your mind and motivate you through plateaus. The sessions will offer a familiar feel of our private yoga session only with a shared effort toward mind, body, & overall wellness!

ART this will be a "30second dance party" with this time you will allow expression and freedom of movement. You will sweat and burn calories. Toning the body will be another side effect, not bad, RIGHT? Using a vinyasa flow to fun energetic movement you will set an intention for the day, or perhaps just the moment.
SCIENCE this is the class for injury repair!! this class will use many styles of yoga and strengthening to repair and protect the joint structures of the body. This class will explore neck, back, shoulder, knee, and ankle issues. What you learn at this class can be implemented at home and in everyday life.
FOUNDATION is just that the fundamentals of movement and yoga. This will be a more traditional class in nature. Using a mixture of Hatha and vinyasa flow you will enjoy the experience of this ancient practice.
ESSENTIALS is the class that gives your mind, body, and spirit the permission to take care of yourself. This time is devoted to restore the agony the day has reaped on the body. Gravity, bad posture, and stress have such a negative effect on the physical body. Take the time to undo the day, start fresh, and move forward with renewed energy.
DISCOVER "Healing happens through connection with the deepest part of who we are." Through assisted yoga postures, guided breathing, and non-directive dialogue, you can experience the connection of your physical and emotional selves, encouraging release, personal growth, and the healing of body, mind, and spirit. In this class we will push to our edge by really nurturing where we are in the moment.
BRIDGE – Take your yoga practice to the next level with a blend of a physical and healing practice. The combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga encourages a strengthening, fluid, restorative, and active practice. While moving and flowing to music we can also experience a deep healing. This class reminds of the balance in life, between being active and passive and how both can be beneficial in finding peace.
